Unfortunately the cleaner arrived an hour late and has ADDED an extra 30 minutes to the xlean and its only just been 3 hours clean!!!! Look at the timings!!! This is also after i told her on the phone to prioritise the bathrooms and halls because we would not be paying for extra time! Outrageous!!!! EXTREMELY UNHAPPY ABOUT GETTING RIPPED OFF.
