Quick and efficient, also very quiet which is a bonus when working from home. She is unfazed by our dogs, another bonus...she is simply great!

Found Isaac really pleasant and he did a marvellous job on the WC which had blackened limescale. Removed the lot! He was late but not his fault as my slot had been double booked!
