Punctual and thorough. Patience took her shoes off so that she wouldn't dirty the floors after cleaning them. Not all house cleaners understand the need to do that.

Emmanuelia was great! She arrived on time, did a *very* thorough clean of the bathroom, living room etc. She missed the second small bathroom at the booked 2hr slot, but volutered to stay and finish it before leaving.
