Simona, as usual, was punctual, professional and super super helpful! She had a bit of time leftover after cleaning the bathrooms and offered to help with anything else. She's so sweet to interact with as well. I'm just really grateful to have found her!

Unfortunately the cleaner arrived an hour late and has ADDED an extra 30 minutes to the xlean and its only just been 3 hours clean!!!! Look at the timings!!! This is also after i told her on the phone to prioritise the bathrooms and halls because we would not be paying for extra time! Outrageous!!!! EXTREMELY UNHAPPY ABOUT GETTING RIPPED OFF.
