Emmanuelia was great! She arrived on time, did a *very* thorough clean of the bathroom, living room etc. She missed the second small bathroom at the booked 2hr slot, but volutered to stay and finish it before leaving.

Andrada works completely autonomously, requiring no supervision, and is always perfectly on time. Her cheerful demeanor adds to the overall positive experience. The man arrived on time and was EXTREMELY thorough. He checked the work of the ladies to ensure it was ok and made them re do things. But they were happy to do so. All were jovial and professional so I was pleased.
