The team was courteous and very thorough. There were only two of them and it took a really long time, so I do feel a bit badly about that (the flat wasn't especially dirty - I think a deep clean usually needs a few more people, last time we had it done, there were 4 of them!)

She was amazing !!!! She even stayed extra to make sure it was done - thank you.
