Esther does a good job overall and listens to instructions. The only thing maybe is that she doesn't manage to clean the whole flat within the 2h. Others have managed to do it within the 2h timeframe so not sure why this is the case as I am not watching over her 24/7. I think she just takes a bit longer than others to clean which is ok.

Wonderful cleaning as ever but he arrived an hour late despite 3 hour window to arrive which was awkward for me.
