Arrive early within window which was great and phone beforehand. V friendly and did a good job diagnosing the problem. It was a pity they did not carry a spare door lock part on their van so could not fix the problem on Saturday

Agyeiwaa, was really lovely, friendly approachable and efficient. Agyeiwaa completed a thorough clean and was very mindful of the surroundings, we had a lovely chat about her and general things, overall both feeling relaxed and comfortable wround each other.
