This is not a grumble - but he cleaned and rearranged some shelves. He is 6 foot - i am 4 foot 9ins and now I can't reach stuff which was at the front of shelves so I could reach it with the pick-up stick. Otherwise really fine.

Joanne was absolutely brilliant. She messaged me her arrival time in advance so I knew when she would be coming and did a fantastic clean. She was really friendly.
