Polite and efficient and a good cleaner Not his fault that the company admin is so poor. Why did you allocate a male cleaner when I specified female? He realised this and messaged a few hours before he was due to come that he wasn't allowed to as he is male. I then had no choice but to accept or have a dirty house!
