Not only did Emma, accept the job last minute, but they made sure we were left happy. Emma asked for feedback throughout, not moving on to another task, until we were satisfied. Emma even managed to remove a very old stain, which I had given up hope on ever resolving. 10/10

The cleaning was very good and they arrived on time. My only criticism is that their English was pretty poor so we could only communicate via Google Translate which was not ideal.
