Ababa is efficient and a good cleaner. She doesn't need much directions like some other cleaners. We are happy with her services with an exception she seemed to have wiped the floor without diluting the product in water first. Our floor is now sticky and needs another sweep. Saying this, everything else she did was great! I highly recommend her
