Clean was probably a solid 8 out of 10 within the timeframe. There was still some dust on some surfaces and on carpet. Vivian was friendly and accommodating for instructions. She was however scared of our 2 cats which we kept in the other side of the flat (more for Housekeep who had sent her although we clearly indicated that we had cats on the booking)
