I was pleasantly surprised at how easily Lauren familiarised herself with my place and the work. She was relaxed and friendly and we got on so well. I'm disabled with quite a few walking aids around and had family around too but she was happy to work around us. Lauren is hardworking and a dedicated professional. She's an excellent representative of your company!
