Started off with unforeseen circumstances ie was running late from previous job but more than made up for her work with me. I am very pleased. She is an asset to your company. Also it's a good thing she is good at ironing as she did not know this work was ironing only although I stressed to the office to let the lady know it's just ironing. That did not make a difference as she was good at it.

Heather was great - she cleaned well and was communicative. I'll have her over again!
