Taofiq is two things - a good communicator (he let me know when he was on his way etc), and a really good cleaner. He was especially good on the wooden and ceramic floors which have not looked so good for ages. And everything else, including the glassshower screens, looks great.

She is a perfect cleaner, she clean everything extremely well, left it sparkling, especially bathrooms and loos. She handled my vacuum cleaner and vacuumed carpets very well. She is an asset to your company, hopefully I ask her again to come and clean for me.
