Louise was incredibly efficient at cleaning, she was thorough and quick whilst being sure to clean and dust all bottles/ornaments on things like the dressing table. This stands out to me as a 5-star clean. She also asked me if there was anything in particular I would like to have cleaned whilst she was here which shows she is very proactive.
