Annastacia proactively texted me with her anticipated arrival time, arrived as she said, and was very efficient with her clean. She was also polite, and was kindly willing to stay longer than the inital booking period to help me out (due to a last minute cancellation by another cleaner, who I had booked to finish the work on the next day).
