Rozaliya arrived on time and was very polite! She quickly assessed our flat and got stuck into work. She also asked questions to clarify what we wanted cleaned and where certain things were. The flat looks amazing and we are very happy!

Suki arrived on time, was really polite, friendly and communicative. She worked hard while she was here, and I'm delighted with her!
