Julias always does an excellent job and he is also really wonderful at dealing with the occassional chaos he walks into with our dog and toddler all trying to get out the door!

Louise was incredibly efficient at cleaning, she was thorough and quick whilst being sure to clean and dust all bottles/ornaments on things like the dressing table. This stands out to me as a 5-star clean. She also asked me if there was anything in particular I would like to have cleaned whilst she was here which shows she is very proactive.
