Diannah was great! She was a lovely cleaner - she was very thorough, nice to chat to and overall a great professional. The only thing is that Housekeep messed up and sent someone very allergic to cats to a house with two cats! This is not okay from Housekeep and puts the cleaner's health at risk. And that's not okay.
