Gabriel delivered an excellent experience: proactive communication, arrived on time, very polite, listened to instructions, and most importantly a very high quality of clean throughout. A very good Housekeeper. Constructive feedback: should have emptied the mop bucket (arrived home to find a nasty musty smell in kitchen as a result) and a fantastic cleaner can do the same job in 3 hours, not 3.5
