I recognised that Laura was capable of doing a good job within 15 minutes of her 1st visit to my home. Her motivation in her job is self evident. She has excellent work ethics. She is able to organise herself and get things done efficiently. She should be encouraged to train new staff to her exacting standards which would be an asset to the company.
