A great, personable man! Came in with good energy, was very friendly and polite. Did a stellar job! We left the house to him and came back to a spotless place. Attention to detail was fantastic - cleared all the watermarks from our shower, descaled the kettle (without us asking!) - really went above and beyond, super impressed and pleased - definitely will be calling Shawn again!
