He is a great cleaner, as well as being amiable and help ful in every way. Although I kept telling him his 3 hours were up, he insisted on staying and finishing off one of the bathrooms, so he should be paid for 3 and 1/2 hours or even 4.

He worked very hard to complete all I requested. Windows, floors, fridge & hoovering very good. Moving forward I would appreciate shiny taps & stainless steel & mirrors plus objects dusted/cleaned please.

Ralitsa is the best cleaner we ever had and really wish she could come again to our flat she went above our expectations in terms of flat cleaning. I wish I have entered this coment before the tip cutoff timeline.
