She really did a deep clean and brought up the shower cubicle to a brilliant shine like the kitchen. She polished all the black tiles in the kitchen and the surfaces. Very good all round.

Dear Florence, thank you so much for staying later than the two hours to clean. I will amend the time to three hours and, of course, we will pay you for the extra hour.
