He was very thorough and efficient. He asked me the right questions and attentive to how I wanted to mirror placed in the room ensuring it was right height, in middle of the room and level. Also had a very enjoyable attitude and conversation while working.

I would have been glad to add a tip for Naima if time had not expired. You should allow for more time on that option. You should also allow for more than one compliments box to be ticked.
Ruzena was simply amazing. Not only is she quite friendly but she is quite diligent and thorough as well. Unlike the previous cleaner, she left my bathroom dazzling and sparkling. I am more than impressed with her snd I will recommend her anytime.

Hello Housekeep Desmond continues to be an excellent cleaner. Only confirmed for me when my friend came in and said 'wow this place looks amazing - so clean!' I wanted to say it was all my handiwork but I came 'clean' and said it was all Desmond. She left saying 'I want a Desmond too'!!! I think that says it all!!
