Julia arrived on time and had a very friendly and polite demeanour. She cleans thoroughly and showed interest in how satisfied I was and whether/where she should clean differently. She handled my household with care, which was great. Some cleaners do not do that, rush and then drop items or break things. Having Julia in my apartment was very pleasant and I look forward to book her service again.
