Aida is a very pleasant lady who followed instructions well and ask for feedback at the end of her clean. Aida is however terrified of pets so if you're a dog owner like myself you must keep your pets away from her whilst she's cleaning so she feels safer.

We were very happy with our first clean! Andreea was kind, helpful and very professional. She consulted with us how we wanted our clean, offered suggestions and was happy to accommodate our requests. When we arrived back home the flat looked and smelt clean, and was little surprises like the curtains being washed.
