Catherine Jane is an extremely hard worker. She is very talented. Catherine Jane is not afraid to ask questions if she is not sure what to do and she is not afraid to follow instructions. Catherine Jane does listen to what is explained to her. I think that today she has earned her respect from me.

Absolutely amazing job! I messed up the booking and didn't ask for the right service and Jack still did everything he could in the allotted time, far more than I thought would be possible. I'd love for him to come back and do a deeper clean next time as well as just general cleaning maintenance if budget permits
