Nadezda is a thorough & professional cleaner who is capable of cleaning superbly without instructions. She is excellent at coping with a new hoover and its many tools and actually uses them. Many cleaners for an easier life just pull the regular fitting off the bottom of the tube and use that and wouldn't ever think of using the appropriate tool for a specific job. Not Nadezda!

Francis manage to come last minute to cover a cancellation. He was here on time and work very hard making sure all my requests were fulfilled. He did a great job with attention to details. I'm very happy. I highly recommend him.
