Tracy was extremely thorough and deEp cleaned, which was more than I was expecting. She therefore ran out of time but I think my cleaning products she wasn't very happy with. I am disappointed that she will not be available after Xhristmas except on Saturdays As I would prefer a weekday clean.

Vincia is a great cleaner, the flat looks and smells great! She cleaned the blinds and pictures on the walls, which was a nice extra I wasn't expecting. Would like to have Vincia back again
