Did a good job. Only feedback was the maple flooring in the bathroom needed wiping after mopping due to the material.

Nadezda is a thorough & professional cleaner who is capable of cleaning superbly without instructions. She is excellent at coping with a new hoover and its many tools and actually uses them. Many cleaners for an easier life just pull the regular fitting off the bottom of the tube and use that and wouldn't ever think of using the appropriate tool for a specific job. Not Nadezda!
