Hortense is excellent - genuinely 5-star service and friendly. Some cleaners on housekeep are really 4-star cleaners who get given 5 stars because people know the cleaner will stop coming if their rating drops. Hortense genuinely deserves 5 stars.

Natalia was very polite and quickly grasped what we needed. She then worked hard thoroughly cleaning the house. Great results and would happily recommend her.
