Very efficient and thorough clean. Arshid was friendly and asked me to check I was happy with the clean and was happy to do more when I asked.

Chancelle arrived right on time and was friendly, thorough and did a great job. She asked beforehand for any specific instructions and asked if I'd like to check for anything else that needs doing at the end. I would happily have her back!
