Elle was very friendly and relaxed. The best house keeper I've had so far. I told her what we'd like her to focus on and went out to let her get on. She finished the whole flat in the 2 hours, which no other house keeper has done. She went above and beyond leaving the flat cleaner than ever. Elle even put on a clothes wash and hung them out :) :)
