As always, great job and attention to detail, efficiency and common sense applied. In this particular ocassion I must say I was very touched by Laura's gesture - as it was my birthday and I left shortly after she arrived to take the day out for myself, and when I arrived back home well after she had finished she had actually brought me a flower bouquet! This made my day, such a beautiful gesture.

Carn was outstanding. Very mindful of details, professional, and just a really nice guy. Happy to have him back at our flat. I missed the window to tip him unfortunately but he did a top notch job. 5 stars!
