First clean with this service and with Sashenka. She arrived within the expected window, was very independent and just got on and cleaned the house without instruction needed. She was respectful of the house, wasn't shy to ask questions when she had them, and was very polite to me. She did a great job for our first clean, am pleased and hopeful about future visits.
