Susan was right on-time at my house for the service. She was prompt in understanding my requirements and strategizing the clean-up in accordance and with minimum supervision, no fuss. She was extremely thorough at her job leaving no corners unattended. Despite being bound by a tight schedule, she was cheerful the entire time. I'm absolutely impressed with the overall experience!
