Timothy was wonderful! Our hoover broke right before the clean, and he painstakingly swept and mopped our floors to make sure our place was sparkling- even taking extra time because of the hoover issue.

As usual Velma worked hard and found new places to clean. She also helped me with my rubbish and recycling because if workmen above me with a scaffolding. Velma always goes above and beyond.
