She did arrive late due to travel problems. But she was apologetic. At least she knows my route for a future clean. She is a very hard worker. What I asked her to do was left spotless.She is cheerful and very polite. I would recommend her to anyone.

Valeria is absolutely brilliant. She is extremely thorough. The flat looks and feels lovely and fresh. The kitchen is gleaming! I've never seen it look so sparkly. Anyone who has Valeria as their regular housekeeper is very lucky. I would happily have her back. Thank you!
