Nicki was amazing!! Very thorough and very friendly!! I was twenty minutes late so Nicki DID do the full amount of time, she didn't leave early.

Oh my word... Joana is a superstar!! Her excellent singing aside, she swooped in this week following the unexpectedly early arrive of our little son (just a week old today). Joana totally saved us, cleaning and tidying the flat to make it up to scratch for the little man. Thank you, Joana!!!!
