Oyindamola arrived on time, worked very hard, did a good clean, asked me to check everything before she left ensuring my satisfaction. She even had time to do an extra job that wasn't on the list but she was happy to do it - cleaning the shutters in the bedroom. She was a very pleasant and friendly person, eager to please. I would definitely recommend Oyindamola as a fine cleaning lady.
She was fantastic. What I am not happy about is that none of the information I provided you your company in terms of what I expected cleaned was relayed to her. This is wrong. A cleaner should understand when ovens, windows etc are requested for cleaning. Poor management on Housekeep part.
