Very polite, arrived in time, good English (very important for us) and cleaning was up to a good standard. There are things to improve but we are sure the more she comes with us the better she will get once she's familiarised with everything in our home.

Naomi was very polite and nice. She did as I said and did a great deepclean on the bathroom, it makes such a big difference to us. After she had finished the bathroom she did a lot of work in the kitchen and it looks a lot tidier and better now. I would definitely use Naomi again.
