Rachel have amazing attitude and take criticism very well. She double check on what needed to be done before she starts and at the end of our cleaning she asked us to check her work and see if we would like anything else to be done, we asked her if she could do few more tasks and she did them happily. We are satisfied with her cleaning and would definitely book with her again 😊
