Janice was excellent. She called to inform me of her arrival time and was professional yet friendly when at work. I felt comfortable with her in my flat - her considerate approach was much appreciated. I would definitely hire Janice again as she did a thorough job and more. I also recommend her to anyone considering taking on a cleaner.
