Faultless. Albena did a great job, especially given the scale of the task and the limited time available to her. She actually stayed 30 minutes longer than we had booked - even after I came downstairs to tell her she should go! Really hard working, really pleasant to talk to, I feel lucky to have been allocated Albena as our cleaner.
