Damian whizzed round the house and got pretty much everything done in the allotted time ( as suggested by the website ) for a one off clean . He asked questions and followed instructions well. A few bits were missed but this was more a result of time constraints and in future we would select a longer time.

Melissa communicated her arrival time in advance. Made a quick a check of our stock of products and recapped the instructions before starting. She was rapid and efficient as well as very confident in managing our dog. Great work
