Francess as always was on time (actually 5 mins early which is amazing!) and it was lovely that she was so smiley and happy on such a chilly morning. The clean as always was to a very standard with the 3 hours beign fully utilised. We look forward to seeing her every 2 weeks 😃

She's great, so detailed. She would fold the towels neatly, tidy up the bed, even helped us removing some dead flowers from the Vase, and kept the healthy ones still. Shes really clean, and has great attention to detail.
