Joy was a complete pleaseure to deal with . I made the appointment at short notice and Joy came in for 3.5 hrs. She communicated brillianty, picked up the key without fuss as per the instructions and kept me in the loop pre and post arrival. It was clear she used her initiative and I think went above and beyond. i will definitely work with Joy again. She is a jem.
